2022 update

The Path to Power 2022 update is to celebrate the java file containing 2022 lines of code, which is in reference to the current year.

It now contains features like:

1.   Added sound effects

2.   Added music

3.   Waiting for the player to continue the story instead of just giving out big paragraphs

4.   Achievements

These features are still in progress, and don't entirely work yet, but they will be fixed with even more lines of code
